William started his aviation career over thirty years ago, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the famed aviation school, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. This is where Bill specialized in Professional Aeronautics, eventually earning his Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, Flight Engineer Certificate and Power Plant Mechanics certificates. Eventually, Bill went on to be a Chief Pilot for a scheduled airline where he also had FAA Check Airman responsibilities. Bill, as a Senior Aircraft Appraiser (NAAA/USAP), has been retained by a number of well recognized aviation companies and their legal teams in order to testify in legal cases as their expert witness in aircraft valuations. A few of these companies include Honeywell, S-Tec Autopilot Inc, AIG, Global Aerospace, and Airtex Products.
During the course of his career, Bill has held multiple positions in such well known aviation companies as Boeing Commercial Aircraft Company, The Raisbeck Group, Eastern Airlines, Miami Air International, Kitty Hawk Air Cargo, Planet Airways, and Pan Am World Airways.
Bill brings numerous years of experience in aviation to JetLease which will benefit our clients tremendously, as Bill can address all aspects of a sales or lease transaction. He has the knowledge and in depth experience to address clients operational, maintenance, and aircraft valuation needs, and has sold and leased numerous aircraft from start to finish.
Gerry Barker is a career journalist, award-winning writer and new media pioneer.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, he started his career at the Austin American-Statesman before joining the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. At the Star-Telegram, he was the paper's first fulltime rock music writer and later, pioneered one of the first and most successful online services in the nation, StarText.
Barker later joined Belo's flagship paper, The Dallas Morning News, where he served as general manager for Dallasnews.com and Eastern Regional Director, where he managed Internet news operations at seven TV stations across the country and the Providence Journal.
Serving as General Manager-Digital for the Columbus Dispatch, Barker's initiatives drove exponential increases in both web traffic and revenue. In his next assignment, Vice President-TBO for General Media's Florida Publishing Group, he led a converged TV-newspaper online operation in Tampa. Most recently, as a digital project manager for The Palm Beach Post, he launched numerous mobile apps and was Cox market leader for real estate initiatives.
A speaker and panelist at many industry events, Barker served on the Newspaper Association of America's New Media Federation Revenue Board and the American Newspaper Publishers Association's New Technology Committee.
He was also an associate board member and mentor for SMU’s Professional/Executive MBA program, a Belo visiting lecturer at LSU and for four years was an adjunct professor at TCU, teaching their first upper level course on electronic journalism. Barker also partnered with The Markle Foundation and the Institute for the Future on a pioneering project to teach computing to seniors, SeniorNet, and was twice a participant at the Aspen Institute's Communications Forum.
Among his awards and recognition, he shared the 2011 Cox Product Innovation Award; his website, the Virtual Texan, won a Digital Edge Award for Best Feature Presentation and he won the John Hancock Award for Excellence with two fellow writers for "The Information Age," a multi-part series on new information technologies.
Barker resides in North Palm Beach with his wife, Pam and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Reggie. They own and operate the website, North Palm Beach Life.
Jennifer L. Dise is with the JetLease team as an Investment Banker, specializing in Aviation Financing and Leasing while also providing an array of services that include aircraft Acquisitions, Divestiture, and Insurance.
Jennifer comes from an aviation oriented family, which provided her with substantial exposure to this close nit community growing up. In early 1999 Jennifer became a member of JetLease's outstanding sales team and was subsequently appointed to Investment Banker shortly thereafter. Her personal concern for her clients and the company's high level of integrity continues to ensure the success of JetLease in years to come. Jennifer's positive attitude and outgoing personality bring an added dimension to the sales, leasing, and finance team.
Jody Jaraczewski is a proven sales and business leader with over a decade of success in the aviation industry, specializing in achieving record profitability gains, turning around under-performing segments and growing market share.
Prior to joining JetLease, he led sales and business development for Lotus Aviation Group, Spirit Aeronautics and Executive Air, implementing programs that resulted in double-digit revenue growth in the areas of aircraft maintenance, modifications, interiors and avionics. Among his accomplishments, he pioneered database marketing using segmentation analysis.
Along with a number of awards, including "Top Sales Representative of the Year," he also excelled at sports. At Colorado College, where he got his BA in Business Economics and Political Science, he was captain of the hockey team when they won the NCAA Championship, and later played for the U.S. National Team. He also played professional hockey in Germany on the DEL league.
A Wisconsin native, Jody still enjoys playing hockey, as well as golf.
With over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, including international aircraft sales, airport security, and unmanned systems operations, Glynn's global network includes commercial, corporate, military operators and FBO consultants. She also has worked extensively with IS-BAO SMS experts who advise on compliance with all FAA, ICAO, EASA and local state aviation regulations.
Raymond Perez was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. In 2004, he moved to Jupiter, Florida with his family. In 2012, Ray graduated from The University of Central Florida with a degree in Criminal Justice.
After graduation, Ray was introduced to the real estate industry and discovered he had a passion for assisting others with their real estate needs. As a sales expert with PBI Executive Real Estate, Ray takes pride in facilitating each and every transaction to give clients a smooth, yet exciting experience. He specializes in Palm Beach County but has worked everywhere from Port St. Lucie to Miami.
Along with real estate, Ray has an equal love of aviation. An experienced pilot who is licensed to fly helicopters, he is assisting clients looking to buy or lease an aircraft from JetLease.
On his free time, Ray takes advantage of the South Florida lifestyle, enjoying a round of golf, the beach, boating, and deep-sea fishing. He also is part of multiple local recreational basketball organizations.
Russell W. Dise, President of JetLease since 1983, is the leading authority in the Corporate Aircraft Leasing industry. Mr. Dise has a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University, where he played Ice Hockey and Football, and a received a Graduate Degree from the Tax Executive Institute, Michigan State University. Mr. Dise served as the Federal Tax Manager for a Fortune 100 company prior to his interest in the Aircraft Leasing, Finance and Sales Industry.
Mr. Dise has participated in well over 1000 Aircraft transactions ranging from Fortune 100 Companies, Privately Held Companies, Wealthy Individuals and Celebrities from various parts of the world. Transaction sizes range from $2,500,000 to $45,000,000 consisting mainly of Boeing, Gulfstream, Canadair, Raytheon, Lear and Citation products. JetLease will be involved in approximately 50 transactions a year with a total asset volume of approximately $250,000,000.00.
An accomplished pilot flying Corporate Air Charter in the 80's, Mr. Dise understands the importance between the operational side and the financial intricacies of Aircraft Ownership. This unique mix of knowledge and experiences has enabled Mr. Dise to position JetLease as an industry innovator.
Mr. Dise invests a majority of his spare time and energy to the betterment of The USA Olympic Ice Hockey Developmental Program and to The Ohio High School All-Star hockey program, known as Team Ohio. He has developed an elite high school All-Star program that enables high school aged athletes access to a variety of exposure at the Pro, College and Jr. A hockey level. To date this program has produced well over 130 college student athletes along with 3 who have had the good fortune to sign NHL contracts. Currently Mr. Dise is also the Alternate Head Coach for the Florida Atlantic University Men's Ice Hockey Team and he currently sponsors The Florida Panthers Midget AAA U16 Ice Hockey Team.
